Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Arrive On Time:
  Please arrive on time for your booked appointments. Late arrivals or no-shows will not receive a refund.
• Booking Cancellations:
  All booking cancellations are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling Appointments:
  • To reschedule a lesson, please contact us during business hours at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This service is free of charge.
  • You may reschedule your booked lessons up to two times.
  • Rescheduling is allowed only up to three months from the original appointment date.
